Charge 3 not able to swipe for apps

Everything but swiping for the apps seems to be working. I press the button on the left, hold it, wake screen and notifications shows up on my screen, but I am unable to swipe through the apps on my Fitbit.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Restarted it about 15 times. No luck!
