Charge 3 not buzzing for alerts

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For about 2 weeks now, my Charge 3 has not vibrated. I don’t get reminders to move, notifications when I hit my step goals, text messages, phone calls, etc. I  have reset it twice but that has not solved the issue, not even temporarily.

You might have 'Do Not Disturb' on.  Go to 'Quick Settings' by holding in side button a few seconds. Check DND (do not disturb).  If that is not on, look at 'Sleep Mode' which also turns on DND.

Mine had not been vibrating for a while, then it started to give notification vibrations a few weeks ago, and now it has stopped again. Tried checking the Settings per Johnny Row's advice below but the device is neither in DND nor Sleep Mode.  Frustrating.

Coincidentally (?), along with this issue the screen was not lighting up when I lifted my wrist to look at it; I had to tap the screen or side button.  When the notifications started vibrating again, so did the screen lighting.  Now that it's not vibrating (again), it's also not lighting up (again).  Very frustrating.

That sounds like you were in Sleep Mode; turns on DND and turns off 'Screen Wake' preventing display with wrist turn to not disturb at night.
