Hi today my screen will not show charging and now has a black screen. The light on the back is now red or no light at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding your Charge 3. Sorry to know the inconvenience.

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to sync your device as indicated here. In addition, change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
