Hi!
I originally got my charge 3 as a gift in October 2018. By May of 2019, the screen died and I was issued a replacement by Fitbit. Since then, the replacement has stopped charging and is now randomly vibrating every few seconds.
I've tried both a regular reset and the 15 second long reset and still nothing. Nothing is appearing on the screen so I don't know if there is a point in trying to change the faceplate appearance. Any other suggestions or has another Fitbit bit the dust?
