My Charge 3 will not charge at all. Charger is fine, and I’ve cleaned the device and followed all the tips on here but still nothing. Any more advice please?

Hi, thank you for your response and for your help. My Charge 3 decided to start charging all by itself, so I haven’t had to do any more just yet.

I have the same problem. My fitbit is not charging - I have tried multiple ways to connect it. Please help

@Libertychas, it's great to know this was resolved for you, thank you for sharing this update.
@dianekayz, thank you for sharing that you're also having trouble with your Charge 3 that is not charging. Before considering other options, if this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed all the steps provided in this article (in addition to trying different ways to connect it, as you've mentioned).
If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
