Charged over night the last 2 nights comes on in the morning but within an hour it’s completely dead again. At first thought hadn’t charged properly which is why I did it again.

Hi @Rachep23 these shouldn't be charged overnight, but just a few hours at most. Did you try restarting the Fitbit, as that often helps with glitches?

Hello @Rachep23. Welcome to the community forums! @Odyssey13 Nice to see you around and thanks for your input!
@Rachep23 Thank you for the detailed information and for the steps you've followed. As mentioned on the post above, charging your Charge 3 to 100% may take 1-2 hours. To properly charge it, it is recommended to plug the charging cable that came with your Fitbit device into a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or another low-energy device. For more information, please see: How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Nevertheless, due to the experience, I recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.
Please make sure to explain the inconvenience and mention the troubleshooting steps you've performed, this way they can verify your situation and get back to you with a prompt resolution.
See you around.
