Charge 3 not connecting to Bluetooth

Hi

My charge 3 Fitbit won’t connect to my Bluetooth. I’ve turned Bluetooth on and off on my phone and it still won’t connect. I’ve charged my Fitbit and tried ‘the hold button down’ and it’s still not worked! Any advice greatly welcomed.

Hi

I've followed your instructions and still not connecting.

It says 'We found your tracker!' and then at the bottom it says
'connecting' but it doesn't connect!!

Any other suggestions?
