Hi, I have started to have problems with sync my charge 3 with fitbit app. Tried every possible option nothing worked. Last one I tried to remove it from the app and add it back on. But it won't let me now add it at all. Phone (Honor view 10) or app can see the fitbit charge 3 but won't connect. Tried all possible options i could do including switching Bluetooth on andRand offeoff, disabling any other Bluetooth device, uninstall and installing back app, really everything. And still nothing. It was working until about a couple of weeks ago.
Please help.

Hi @serena.menchise, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issue that your Charge 3 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your tracker from scratch as instructed in this help page and see if it connects with your phone properly.
