Charge 3 not counting new steps of heart rate

Hi there,

I noticed my Charge 3 wasn’t syncing to other apps, so I deleted and reinstalled the app and did a soft reset on the watch which helped.

However since doing so, it has stopped registering my steps and heart rate, and remains frozen at what it was before I did the reset. I have followed other guidance on this community, changing the clock face, doing a hard reset and so on, but the stats are still stuck.

(oh and I’ve had those black white and grey lines down the face for a few weeks now!)

Let's start from the top 

You mention other apps without mentioning which apps. Your Charge 3 is only able to sync to one app, that is the Fitbit app?

As for steps, are you looking at your wrist? Are the steps not increasing on the Charge 3

Hi Rich,

Yes - it wasn’t syncing with the Fitbit app, and thus if wasn’t syncing with My Fitness Pal.

The steps and heart rate aren’t showing up on the watch or on the Fitbit app.
