Charge 3 not getting notifications with Xiaomi Mi 10T

Why will my Xiaomi Mi 10T pro not sync notifications with me charge 3 it just keeps saying restart phone and nothing happens

Hi @GHT1955 . Your phone is not on the list of supported devices. And some Xiaomi phones have Bluetooth issues that stop the notifications. You can read more about it here, including things to try to get it working.

I have the same problem with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro 😭

I checked up on the list and Xiaomi is not on it for some reason of devices
that work with charge 3
