Charge 3 not getting text messages from iPhone

Since upgrading to Charge 3 I no longer get text messages from my I phone to the Charge 3

So I have an iPhone 6s and I am receiving calls and emails but I’m not getting texts and I have tried everything that I saw in the comments and I still can’t get it working has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it

What are your text notifications in your phone set at?
Is your Fitbit that you are wearing notifications on?
What does the Fitbit app notifications say?
You can always reset the Fitbit itself without changing your settings.

I have had the same problem of not receiving text messages on my new charge 3 - it did at the beginning (it is brand new!) still no luck. have checked all my settings in iPhone - they are all on.

Any other advice would be grateful

I got it working by checking the settings through other apps and different tabs on settings and I figured out that one of them was off and I turned it on and powered off my phone and it started working after I synced my Fitbit. I hope this is useful

Thanks for this advice - I went to the messages notification on my IPhone X and the repeat alerts was already selected. But once I checked the box for Notification Center, it started working!! I have a charge3.

What if it is not found in bluetooth?  How do we add it?

Your Fitbit should be connected to your Bluetooth. If you have an IPhone go to settings, Bluetooth, make sure Bluetooth is on, open Bluetooth and see if the name of your Fitbit comes up. If you see the name of your Fitbit then click on connect.

Hello,
I have an IPhone 8 this is how I set up my notifications.
Go to settings on your phone
Go to notifications
Find Fitbit
Allow motivations on
Alert notifications center on only
Sound on
Badges on
Open up your Fitbit app
Click open left corner button see your Fitbit
Look at notifications ( I have a charger 3)
Calls should be on
Texts should on
Calendars should be on
Click any apps you want on
Sync

Go to your Fitbit device
Swipe over to settings
Make sure notifications is on

Can you reboot your Fitbit that you wear, swipe to right to settings. Scroll down to about, scroll down to reboot device. Click on ok nothing will hurt your Fitbit
By doing a reboot. I have a charger 3

I did that too. I even deleted from the app and reinstalled it and still nothing
