Charge 3 not getting text messages from iPhone

Since upgrading to Charge 3 I no longer get text messages from my I phone to the Charge 3

Thank you for this but I have fixed it by turning Bluetooth off for 3 minutes then rebooting.

Thank you. I tried everything you said and still not working. I get phone calls and weather alerts that’s it. I have a iPhone XR. Not sure if that helps.

Thanks! I didn’t know about the reboot option. I fixed the issue already by “forgetting the device” and then adding it back and setting it up all over again . Reboot probably would have done the same thing with a little less work.

Hello I have tried everything I have read on these post and my Fitbit is still not receiving messages.... what am I doing wrong

Sounds like you fixed your Fitbit. There is someone else dealing with an issue he has a XR. I couldn’t reply directly to Jerry.
The email thread doesn’t stack up together to see old messages on my Fitbit app.

I have an iPhone XR. When I had a 6s plus I had no problems. It’s only after I got an Xr. I think it has a problem communicating back and forth.

Hi Jerry - In addition to forgetting my device and re-adding it, I tinkered around with the notifications settings on my phone. Go to settings - then notifications - then scroll down to messages. I turned everything on by checking it. Then I went to settings - notifications - scroll to fitbit. I turned all those on too. Somewhere along the line, it started working. Have you tried that yet?

At one point I was able to get my texts on my Fitbit, but that only lasted a couple of days.
