My charge 3 is no longer prompting to hourly for the 250 steps walks. At times it freezes when I am walking. I have tried to re sync all to no avail. What must I do to get it going again as it had transformed my life when all was working well.

Hi @Seke20, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is providing notifications for the 250 hourly steps. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that the hourly steps feature is enabled. Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hello: I am having the exact same issue. This started after the recent firmware update. I have tried restarting my fitbit numerous times and nothing is working. Thank you for any help you can offer.

I found this information on another thread about this problem. I wish I could tell you who suggested this fix. It worked for me, and I'm getting the vibration notifications again. Press and hold the side button on your Fitbit. It should show DND (Do Not Disturb) and Sleep. Tap on DND. That makes the little minus sign go away, and you should get the vibration notifications.

Thank you. My settings were already set to the minus sign being dimmed. I still don't get the notifications. Question: In settings, do you have the Do Not Disturb turned to "Off"? Thanks again for your help!

I am having the same issue, plus no goal notifications either. As for others this appears to be since your last update. I have restarted, reset notifications multiple times and it makes no difference. DND is off, was never on. This is not the first time I have had this issue, it is very frustrating. I fail to see the point in continually rebooting and resetting when it is obvious that this is not a fix. I have to say the quality of Fitbit devices appears to be getting worse. I bought this Charge 3 early this year, lasted a few months and then had to be replaced. Today I had issues with it charging as well. Took nearly 3 hours to charge. It kept changing its mind about the charge level. After an hour went from 50% to 30% to 18% WHILE charging.

Thank you so much for this information. My charge three quit giving me the vibration notifications for steps and the 10,000 steps. I just reset that DND and I hope it works I’ll find out tomorrow. Thank you so much
