Charge 3 not holding a charge and heart monitor not working

Hi,

My charge 3 has stopping monitoring my heart rate and now its no longer holding a charge the battery is dying daily and its not lasting at all. 

 

Its only a year old the end of this month and the vibrations have already stopped working and nothing I have tried has worked .

 

I am so disappointed with my charge 3 and would really like it to be fixed so I can use it properly again.
