Hi Fitbit, I reported to you on a live chat yesterday that my Charge 3 is not holding a charge and not tracking sleep consequently. You told me to reset my watch, which I have done, but it is still not holding a charge. This Charge 3 was replaced 6 months ago when my previous one broke after only 6 months. Judging by the forums this issue and many other things are common problems. It seems to me that the Charge 3 is not fit for purpose and should be recalled. Please let me know what you are going to do about my tracker.

Sorry to hear about this. Since you already have a ticket with Support, let them know that the troubleshoots didn't work so they can keep assisting you. Only Support can provide options like replacements if your tracker qualifies for it.

I don't have a ticket. The issue has not been dealt with. I will try to start another live chat conversation with support but it's been impossible to get to speak to anyone.
