Charge 3 not holding a charge

My Fitbit battery has been giving me major issues for the week or so. The battery used to run quite well earlier. But for the last 6-7 days my battery is dying every 4-6 hours. This is just a 3-4 month old Fitbit Charge 3. Does anyone know what might be the issue? Is there any software update? Also, I don’t use the notifications function with the iOS. Any help please?

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.
