Charge 3 not holding a charge

Hi Everyone,

I regularly clean, look after my Fitbit and not charge it till it gets into single digit numbers... I value my watch like a new born baby.

 

Tuesday night I noticed the battery was running out fast only after charging it last Friday only (usually goes for 7 days before needing to be charged again). Yesterday after only wearing it a little I noticed to battery life was on 17% left... a couple minutes maybe more it was on 7%... & soon after shut itself down as in no power left. Got home put it on charge and it was on 1%. At 2hrs on charge it was at 100% usual.

Now I haven’t been wearing it at night and always leave it in a safe place bedside my bed so I can put it on before I get up. Anyway today it happened all over again and was left without my favorite of all watch... I literally ear it everywhere. So I put it on charge for the 2hrs (as usual & took it off at 100%). Now I haven’t put it on and it is sitting beside my bed and the percentage has gone down to 92%. I never bring or set it anywhere near my phone for more than 20 minutes nor overnight.

 

Please team I need your help... I rely on my Fitbit Charger major time... the last I had was the cable not charging the Fitbit... my case number was: 33354038

So please help me

I am glad to hear that you are enjoying your Charge 3. If now it isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.
