I can charge my Fitbit 3 overnight put it on during the day and by the next morning it’s screaming to be recharged! When it was brand new I got a whole week without having to charge it. So what’s going on?

I am sorry for the delay in response, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. 

 

About the issues you are experiencing with your Charge 3 not holding a charge, I recommend checking the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test the unit.
