Charge 3 not holding a charge

Hi, so I've had my Charge 3 for about 7 months now. About last month I started noticing the battery is draining quickly and have to charge it every 3 days, instead of 5 or 7.

 

Now the battery is draining 50% every day and I have to charge it every other day. I've rebooted it, I don't have all day connect enabled, don't have quick view on, or notifications. So I am really confused on why it is draining so quickly. Is there anything I can do?

Yes I did already talk to them and found a solution to the battery problem! They were very helpful.
