Charge 3 not holding a charge

I cannot maintain a charge with my Charge 3 for more than about 6 hours, sometimes less. I did a reset 2 times. Starts with a full charge, then drains quickly. I’m charging from the wall. All past recommendations in the community forum have not solved the problem. Purchased the Charge 3 in July, 2019.
