Charge 3 not holding a charge

Hi,

 

I have this Charge 3, 5 months and is my second due to having insurance. I've noticed since the end on march my battery is not lasting a day, and it usually lasts a week. Also, the heart rate is sitting too high, that its not correct.

Hi,

I have tried turning it off and on when on the charge, also teied rebooting
it several times. It seems to be ok for a couple of days then it plays up
again. I am just going to wait until tbe shop in open and replace it via
insurance.
