Charge 3 not holding a charge

Over the past 2 days, my Charge 3 will not hold a battery charge longer than 8 hours. It has run completely down. I have charged it on a computer. It took approximately 3 hours this morning to charge and it is already down to 12%. This morning prior to charging I followed the reset directions.
