Charge 3 not holding a charge

I purchased my Charge 3 mid February. The battery lasted for almost a week for the first two months. I have not changed any of my settings and have cleaned it as directed and charged it all the same since I purchased it. In the last week, the battery will charge in the same amount of time but then drains within a few hours. I would like to know how to fix this or receive a new one. Please advise promptly on how to remedy the situation.
