Charge 3 not holding a charge

I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for a little over a year and a half.  Just this week it started losing charge quickly.  It stayed charged for most of the day on Sunday and now will only stay changed for 2 hours. I have tried all the reboot and factory resetting. Nothing has worked.
