Charge 3 not holding a charge

I've reviewed the recommendations on this board and attempted to reboot several times, in and out of the charger. It still drains after about 2 hours. This thing is not that old. Very frustrating.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.
