Charge 3 not holding a charge

Up until 2 days ago, my Charge 3 would last around a week without any problems. Now its not lasting a couple hours. I checked it when I took it off the charger and it said it was 100% charged, then a couple hours into work without warning it was completely dead this has happened the last 2 days. I've only had it for like a year and a half at most.  Any assistance would be appreciated. And yes I've already cleaned it

Thank you for sharing all this information about the trouble you've been having with the Charge 3 not holding a charge. 

 

The battery can last up to 5 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but it certainly shouldn't last a couple of hours. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this articleIn addition, try to perform a restart following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing the same inconvenience.
