I dropped  my Charge 3 and now it only works while on the charger. If I remove it it only works for about a minute at 100% charge down to 0%. I've cleaned it, restarted it and kept it charging  even though  it says its full.

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.
