Charge 3 not holding a charge

My charge 3 usually lasts a bit over a week. I try and charge it every weekend as that's the best time to not have it on. It's now going flat in 2-3 hours after being fully charged. Plus there seems to be a single line across the display that isn't displaying correctly.

If your tracker isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.
