Charge 3 not holding charge, screen has lines, keeps vibrating

Hi there,

My Charge 3 screen went black Saturday so I did a reset, then a long reset and it came back on. Ever since then it flashed a notification message with a vibration periodically. There are lines through the screen display. I followed other advice in this forum and changed the clock setting, but that did nothing to help with the lines. Now the battery will not stay charged and it is not reading my heart rate. I have tried another forced reset, but all of these problems remain. Please help as this thing has only been in use for 4 months. Thanks, Kristin
