I am having to recharge my Fitbit Charge 3 every day. After recharging it shows it is 100% charged and a day later the recharge symbol reappears and it is nearly drained of battery. It is less than Six months old and still under warranty.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. Let me share with you that the battery of our Charge 3 was designed to last 7 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
