Hi
my charge 3 (18mths old) is saying it’s fully charged but the battery dies in less than an hour (it was fine last week). It won’t connect to my phone either.
I have cleaned the connections, changed from a wall charger to charging via my computer. Reset it several times. I’m now stumped - any ideas please?

Mine did the same thing and now it won't even turn on. I've charged it all day, and it smiled at me and buzzed like crazy, but no display at all.

👋 Ditto age of Fitbit, symptoms. After reset, got steps back, but no syncing between devices or most other goodies. Will buy another in the morning and count on a year of use. Personally, I can live with that rather than watch it fade function at a time. Decided to stay with the $100 model so it won’t feel like too much of a hit next year. Good luck on yours.
