Charge 3 not holding charge

Fully charged my charge 3 this morning, by lunch it had died. Fully charged again this afternoon and lasted 10 minutes. It is 3years old. Anything to be done?

I am having similar issues. I called the customer service and he had me reset my Charge and plug it in. So weird that this is happening!
