Fitbit Charge 3, I can charge my fitbit to 100% but if I put it on my wrist it loses all its charge within 2 minutes. It fully loses the charge, down to 0%. I put it back on charger & do the 8 second reboot but this does not seem to help. If I recharge it back up to 100% the same thing happens again.  Can anybody help.

If your Fitbit won't charge properly, there are a number of things you can try to get it working again. Make sure the Fitbit's charging contacts are clean, dry, and seated properly in their charger. If possible, try to restart your Fitbit, or use a different charger.
