Charge 3 not logging all walks

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 has stopped logging all walks, just started yesterday and has missed a lunch time walk (recorded a shorter evening walk) and it hasn’t logged my evening walk today. No idea what is going on. Please help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @CLC74.

Thank you for the information provided.

If you are using the Auto-Exercise Recognition feature to record your walks automatically, please make sure they are longer than what is set in your Fitbit account. To check out this setting please visit this link, click on your Charge 3 icon and click Auto-Exercise Recognition.

Please don't forget to sync your Tracker everytime you make a change to your Fitbit account.

Whether this doesn't help, you can restart your Charge 3 by following these steps.

Hope this helps.

Hi yes thanks for your reply. My walks that haven’t been logged are definitely longer than the time I have set. Subsequent shorter walks are logged. It is confusing- can you help?

I have dropped my walk time for logging down to 10 mi utes on the app and they still aren’t picking up. Sadly I think something has gone wrong
