Charge 3 not pairing to my iPhone

My charge three dose not air but is stick on the we found your tracker page.

I appreciate the details shared in your post. If your phone is able to find your Charge 3, but it is not able to pair, I suggest trying the following: 

 

1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone

2. Restart your Charge 3. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?

3. Restart your phone 

4. Turn on Bluetooth and then open the Fitbit app 

  • Tap the today tab and tap your profile picture at the top left corner 
  • Tap Set Up a Device 
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Had same issue and have followed all these steps you describe. However, over night the problem has occurred again. My Charge 3 only reports amount of battery charge left and absolutely nothing else. Getting quite frustrated.
