For weeks I have been trying to get my charge 3 to pair with my phone . I have tried deleting the app and re installing it ( many a times) . My phone finds my tracker as I am able to enter the 4 digit code to enter into the app, but then no pairing occurs. I have today restarted my fit bit , and have tried to pair it, but for a while now my fitbit screen is showing the time and a smiley face . Does this mean its pairing, or fully charged . Getting rather frustrated , as would like my fit bit to be up and running like it always has been , until it wouldn't sync etc, so I unpaired it, to try and resolve the syncing issue . I'm an trying to pair it with a Huewei P20 lite .
Appreciate any help from the Fit Bit Team please ?
