Hello,
My Charge 3 was purchased this summer and I’m on my second device. Recently when I sync my Fitbit to Weight Watchers, it gives me at least a hundred if not a couple hundred active minutes per day and I sit at a desk most of the day for work. My Fitbit didn’t reflect any of these active minutes, as there haven’t been been any active enough periods to track! Tried resetting Fitbit, no luck.

I've confirmed that indeed the steps should be transferred to the Weight Watchers app when you have them linked. So, please try to disconnect both apps, and then link them again following the steps described in this article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
Then check if you continue to experience any trouble with this. If you do, please contact the Weight Watchers customer services team at 1-800-651-6000 or Weight Watchers Support.

Hello,
Thank you for the response. I unsynced and resynced my device to both applications and WW still showed an absurd amount of active minutes per day/week. I'm working with them on getting things resolved.

I have had the same problem, nothing is tracked in WW even though it shows that my Charge 3 is syncing. I called WW and they walked me through what you said to do, go to settings, Activity, device, disconnect my device and then reconnect it again but nothing works. I am getting very frustrated as I bought this watch specifically to keep track for my WW. What can I do now? I even did it online on the WW site and on my app on the phone but neither works.
