Charge 3 not receiving any notifications

When I first got my charge 3 the text and phone call notifications showed on my charge 3. I tried to add notifications for WhatsApp and messenger too but this never worked and now none if the notifications are working.

Hi @NellyG  Thanks for your message - I've got a Samsung S7. Have tried everything the article says and still not working.

Ok that phone should work OK. Check that none of the phones settings have changed - they do changd sometimes when you get an update. In particular check that in the phones settings app, lock screen is set to show notifications. That one got me when I was using an S7.

@AlejandraFitbit  Ok so this is a general problem with the charge 3?

Is there a similar forum for the ace 2 as my daughter is having problems with it?
