Hey there @Bigdawg3768, it's nice to see you around here! The basic here is to make sure your calendar notification are turn On from your Notification settings  whiting the app and review also you have selected the calendar app of your choose and this Calendar app is syncing your events. Other reason that could be happening, is your phone's Bluetooth is not maintaining a constant connection with your Charge 3 for this to received your notifications.

So lets try to reset your app by logging out from your Fitbit app and going to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

If is not working try the steps of the following post: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone. Also, make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date

Give it a try to these steps and let me know how it goes.

After the most recent firmware update, my Fitbit Charge 3 HR won't notify me of my Google Calendar Meetings and Reminder events. This all worked fine before the firmware update.

I've reset the app and tracker 3 times. I've checked the Notifications section and verified the correct Calendar is selected.
