Charge 3 not receiving notifications from Xiaomi MI 9T pro

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

I am a proud owner of a fitbit charge 3 and everything works pretty good except for one thing.

This thing is that I don't receive any notifications except for phone calls. The phone calls works really good.

I have setup everythings and already tried all the solutions which I find on the internet and on this forum, but nothing worked out.

Things I tried:

- Restart App

- Restart Phone

- Put on/off notifications

- Disabled powersave

-Put on autostart

-Put on continuous synchronising

So I am quite desperate. Can someone lend me a helping hand?

Hello @Jlmr91, welcome to the Community Forums. I am sorry to hear that you are going through this situation. I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting the notifications on your Charge 3.

Currently your Xiaomi MI 9T pro isn't yet a compatible device  as our team is working to optimize the Fitbit app and ensure its functionality with this model. You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

There is a possibility that your Charge 3 can sync and receive notifications, while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, we can try to troubleshoot this situation together. If you've not done so, please remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use and set up your Charge 3 as a new device and set up the notifications again.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Hi @MarreFitbit ,

Thank you for you quick response.

I tried what you suggested but this didn't solve it unfortunately, however It removed the message that the notification service isn't running so it does something. Still I only receive call notifications.

Guess I'll have to wait till you support my device fully?

Hello there @Jlmr91, thanks for getting back. I'm sorry to hear that the steps recommended didn't work. As said before, this is due to the incompatibility of your phone.

I'd recommend trying to sync with a compatible device listed here

I'll be around if you have any questions present.
