I have been having the same issue as everyone else here. Not receiving text messages on my charge 3, but receive other notification on my charge 3. This has been going on since the beginning of January, and still no fix. I had an s10+, my charge 3 worked, been receiving every text messages since I got my charge 3 last May. Ever since the update to the Android 10 on the S10+, my charge 3 stopped receiving text notification. I recently got the Note 10+, set up the phone, set up my charge 3, I started receiving text on my charge 3, then my phone updated to the Android 10 and the charge 3 again stopped receiving text. Yes I do believe its not compatible with the Android 10 OS on the android phones. I really don't know if they're going to fix the issue, but I really do hope that they do. It's been frustrating not receiving any text on my Fitbit.
