Charge 3 not receiving text notifications from S10

I have a Samsung S10 and since the update my tracker wont receive texts, i got other notifications...anyone else having the same issue?

I have tried everything several times, nothing is changing the outcome. It seems to be a problem among other fitbit users...is Fitbit looking into this?..i would like it to fully work

 

Not sure what else to do..

I have a s 10 e and if you download  google messages and use it as default it will work . Mine does

I have tried fit notications and now google messages...still nothing!☹Sent from my Bell Samsung device over Canada's largest network.

You have to go into your fitbit app in the notifications at choose google messages as the default app
