Hi. I’ve had my charge 3 for a year now and upgraded to an iPhone 11 about two months ago. My notifications haven’t worked since. I have logged it off, removed blue tooth, removed app, re loaded everything but nothing works. Help! As at the moment I am so close to ditching it after having fitbits for about 4 years!!!

Not receiving text notifications. Very frustrating as it was a Xmas present. Charge 2 worked fine but been told it’s to do with iOS 13. Any idea when it’ll be sorted anyone?? Fitbit just said they’re working on it 🤷🏻:female_sign:

Hey! Did your Fitbit ever start working to receive messages? I’m having the same problem for the same reason and have tried all the troubleshooting options.

Hello. Yes I did. It works absolutely fine now. I have no idea what I did to get it to work though haha. I did everything everyone suggested to no avail. Gave up and wore it as a watch then one day it buzzed as my son text me!

Wondering if Fitbit has fixed this issue? I was told back in October they were working on fixing this issue and now it’s May and still not working after doing everything. At what point can I get a refund or exchange for new one as the text notifications is a main feature of the Fitbit
