hi
I purchased the charge 3 on Saturday, the 2 main selling points for me was the spo2 monitor and the trackers ability to recive phone notifications.
Mine dose none of these, iam on a Samsung s10 5g which is only months old so i no there is no issues with my phone, i have done all the generic problem solving things as advised on here by fit bit.
Anyone else having this problem and solved it? I am thinking of sending it back...

Hello there @Ste247, welcome to the Community Forums. We apologize for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.
I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't recording your EOV and your notifications. Thanks for troubleshooting your tracker prior to contacting us, I'm here to help you.
If you don’t see your EOV graph, note that:
-You must get sleep stages and wear one of the following Fitbit devices to get the EOV graph: Charge 3, Ionic, and devices in the Versa series. See more information at: What should I know about sleep stages?
Said so, please try the following to turn on again your heart/ breathing rate:
After this, restart your Fitbit as it follows:
1) Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2) Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3) Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
4) Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
5) Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
In regards with the notifications, please confirm that you've followed the steps provided here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.
