Charge 3 not recording active minutes or hourly activity, I have rebooted it more than once, which has worked earlier in the week when this was happening, but it is doing this again.
My syncing device is the one that came with it and is plugged into my laptop or a connected wall plug. This has happened several times recently and I am starting to think the Charge 3 may be defective.

Thanks for troubleshooting this information issue. Can you please tell me which activity are you doing in order to earn active minutes? Also, are you completing your steps in order to receive the hourly activity notification?.
