My charge 3 has not been recording my active minutes for 3 days now and does not buzz when I hit my active minutes goal!

Hello @dmcyber. Welcome to the community forums.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for taking the time to report this matter. If you've already restarted your Charge 3, I'd recommend performing a long restart to your Charge 3. To complete the long restart, please make sure to follow the instructions below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Also, take into consideration that your Charge 3 ears active minutes through 10 minutes or more of continuous moderate-to-intense activity. For more information, please check here: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

In regards with the active minutes goal, if your Charge 3 stopped vibrating, I recommend making sure that your Charge 3 hasn't gone into Sleep or DND mode. When any of these settings are activated:

  • Notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • Turning your wrist won't cause the tracker’s screen to turn on.

To change this, press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
