Charge 3 not recording heart rate sleep or active minutes

My charge 3 stopped recording sleep and active minutes for about 3 weeks now. I have tried multiple reboots and all of the suggestions in the forum as well as reinstalling the app but it seems to be an issue with the watch itself because my heartrate does not appear on the watch. I've only had the charge 3 for under a year so I am disappointed that it stopped working.

Active minutes not showing on my charge 3 either. It's really taken a nosedive in last month and very frustrating because it seems more software related than hardware.

My Charge 3 is basically only a watch at this point. It records no data but does sync to my phone.  I have unpaired and paired several times with no change.
