My Charge 3 has not recorded my pulse for the past few days. I plugged in and reset but it’s still not recording ... help

If your tracker isn't registering your heart rate, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
