Recently my Fitbit Charge 3 has stopped tracking the first part of my sleep. Sleep tracking seems generally unreliable as I’ve had problems with it not recording sleep after a trip to the bathroom too. I’ve tried all the suggestions about restarting, etc, but nothing corrects it. I keep both the device and the app up to date. I can only conclude this is a fault. Given the number of complaints around sleep tracking, how seriously is this issue being taken?

Your suggestion "How do I change my sleep history". I clicked on it and it took me to Oxygen, Not helpful at all!
