This is an intermittent problem that only happens occasionally. The ftbit is in the correct position and the correct tightness.

I have done the simple Reboot several times. When I follow the next instructions the tracker doesn't turn on after 8 seconds so I don't get the smile icon.
'press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted'
You will see that I have posted 4 problems today (walk, sleep, stairs, weight). Where you have replied you have asked me to reboot and restart the device. However, I couldn't complete the instructions as when I pressed the button and the screen went blank it didn't turn on again.
